Fees
We do not charge a fee for our advice, we will be paid commission/a procuration fee from the lender, however, customers do have the option of fee based advice, with a refund of any commission or procuration fee received. The precise amount of our fee will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be 0.5% of the loan amount, ie £500 payable on a £100,000 mortgage.

The actual rate available will depend on your circumstances. On rates from 4.99%, the overall cost for comparison is 7.6% APR Typical. Ask for a personalised illustration.
